These terms apply to your use of anyaani.in and to every order placed on it. The website is operated by Anyaani by Anita Mall, Kolkata, India ("Anyaani", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need an account to check out. Please give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

Products and colours

Our pieces are handcrafted, so small variations in weave, embroidery, print placement and shade are natural and are not defects. Garments are photographed as shot, and colours may look slightly different from one screen to another. Measurements in the size guide are approximate.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout.
• We accept online payment through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets) and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders within India.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or the delivery address cannot be served. If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, cancellations and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Anyaani by Anita Mall. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or copying its content by automated means.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, strikes, weather or government restrictions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
