Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you buy from Anyaani by Anita Mall. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Conditions for a return

• The item is unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with no stains, perfume or damage.
• All original tags, the blouse piece or other accompaniments, and the original packaging are returned with it.
• The order number or invoice is included.

Each return is inspected when it reaches us. If an item does not meet these conditions, we will send it back to you and no refund will be issued.

Items that cannot be returned

• Pieces made to your measurements, customised, or altered at your request.
• Items that have been worn, washed or altered after delivery.

How to request a return

• Write to contact@anyaani.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98317 80608 within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will confirm the request and share the return instructions. Where a courier pickup is available for your PIN code we will arrange it; otherwise we will ask you to send the parcel to our Kolkata address.
• Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

• Once the returned item passes inspection, we start your refund within 2 business days.
• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method through Razorpay. The amount usually reaches your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the account details you share with us.
• The original shipping charge is not refunded, except where the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or piece, tell us when you request the return. Exchanges depend on availability; if the piece you want is not available, we will refund the returned item instead.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under this policy after delivery.
