Shipping Policy

Every Anyaani by Anita Mall order is packed and dispatched from our atelier in Kolkata, India. This policy explains where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India through our courier partners, booked via Shiprocket. Enter your PIN code on the product page or at checkout to confirm that we can deliver to you.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged at the courier rate for your PIN code. The exact charge is shown as soon as you enter your PIN code and again at checkout, before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation. Pieces made or altered to order may take longer; we will tell you the timeline before we begin.
• After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. The estimated delivery date for your PIN code is shown when you enter it.
• Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur because of weather, festive-season volumes or courier disruption, and we will keep you informed if your order is affected.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched you will receive the courier name and tracking number by email or SMS, so you can follow the parcel until it is delivered.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders within India. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.

Receiving your parcel

• Please check that the parcel is sealed before you accept it. If it looks opened or tampered with, do not accept it and contact us straight away.
• If the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts, or the address or phone number is incorrect, the parcel is returned to us. Re-dispatch will carry a fresh shipping charge.

International orders

Where international checkout is available, shipping from India is included in the displayed price. Import duties and local taxes, if any, are charged by the destination country and are payable by the recipient on delivery. If international checkout is not shown for your country, write to us and we will help you place the order.
