Anyaani by Anita Mall ("Anyaani", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit anyaani.in or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and account password when you register, place an order, join our newsletter or write to us.
• Order details: the items you buy, the amount paid, the payment method and the delivery status.
• Technical details: your IP address, approximate country, browser and device type, and the pages you view. We use your country only to show prices in a suitable currency.

We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details. Online payments are handled by Razorpay on its own secure pages.

How we use your information

• To process, deliver and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
• To send order confirmations, delivery updates and replies to your enquiries.
• To send you news and offers, only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store, and only as far as each one needs:

• Razorpay, to process online payments and refunds.
• Shiprocket and its courier partners, to deliver your order and collect returns.
• Email, hosting and analytics providers that operate the website on our behalf.
• Government or regulatory authorities, where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and wishlist, and remember your currency. We may also use analytics and advertising cookies to measure visits and the performance of our campaigns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work without the essential ones.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is open and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires. Enquiries and newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we must keep by law. To do so, write to us at the address below.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and account passwords are stored in hashed form. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us straight away if you suspect misuse of your account.
