Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed with Anyaani by Anita Mall, and how refunds for cancelled orders are made.

Orders within India

• You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Write to contact@anyaani.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98317 80608 with your order number.
• Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead return it after delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Pieces made to your measurements or customised at your request cannot be cancelled once work on them has started, because they cannot be resold.

Orders outside India

• International orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, an international order cannot be cancelled or returned.
• If an international order arrives damaged, email photographs of the item and the packaging to contact@anyaani.in within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review it and reply with the details of your refund.

Refunds for cancelled orders

• Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method through Razorpay. The amount usually reaches your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
• We will email you to confirm the cancellation and when the refund has been started.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account again, then contact your bank or card issuer, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done this and still have not received it, write to contact@anyaani.in with your order number and we will trace it for you.

Cancellations by Anyaani

In rare cases we may have to cancel an order, for example if a piece is out of stock or fails our quality check. If this happens we will tell you straight away and refund the full amount paid.
